I will start by saying honestly, we couldn’t have wished for a better wedding venue. You were all so lovely and everything went seamlessly. The whole venue was decorated to perfection and the outdoor area was beautifully presented. The setting is absolutely beautiful and the team went to great lengths to make everything perfect.
As soon as we decided to get married we arranged a visit to Philipburn and it ended up being the one and only venue we viewed. We knew straight away this is where we wanted to get married. The stunning location and picturesque setting added to the appeal.
All of the management/planning team were fantastic and catered to our every need and request, taking all of the stress away from us, this allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment from start to finish. In the months leading up to our wedding Adrian, Graham & Leslie’s assistance was invaluable, particularly given our short time frame.
All of our guests were so impressed with the food, from canapés to the three course meal and evening buffet – huge compliments to the chefs. Our guests also took advantage of the generous discount offered on room bookings for the night of the wedding. The bar offered a great selection of beers, wines and spirits.
The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious.
Everything was of the highest quality and we could not fault a thing.
We would whole-heartedly recommend The Philipburn Hotel for a wedding / function or party. If we had our day again, we would do it all the same!
